The courthouse is a three-story building with a steel frame, brick veneer, metal panels on light gauge framing, and curtainwall glazing. An existing building on the site will be demolished, requiring careful planning and phased early site work. The building covers 51,367 square feet and features an exterior design of brick, metal wall panels, and curtain wall.
